The location is great in Kapaa, with easy access to

shopping and local bites. The kitchenette in our villa was well-stocked, but we did notice the room showed some signs of wear, which detracted from our overall experience. Still, the short drive to Safeway added convenience.

We stayed in a one-bedroom villa, and it was great! Super spacious with a kitchen that made cooking easy. The sounds of the ocean were lovely, and the roosters added a fun touch. Only thing was that sometimes it felt a bit humid, but it was all good with sandals. The pool area was nice. We could easily walk to shops and restaurants. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Had an awesome time with friends! We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom villa with a private lanai, perfect for relaxing and enjoying beautiful views. The location is central to so many watersports and lush scenery. The restaurant on-site has delicious food too.

One downside was dealing with some obnoxious guests at the pool. There were a few loud groups that disrupted the peaceful vibes.

The location is perfect for beach walks and witnessing stunning sunrises. The villas are equipped with full kitchens and great amenities, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy family time.

We encountered loud disturbances in the hallways, which disrupted our peace during the night. Also, some amenities seemed dated, needing updates for a better experience.

The One-Bedroom Villa with Garden View was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our own breakfasts. The big pool area was a highlight, beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxation. However, the pool water had excessive chlorine, which bleached my swimsuit. The resort's beach access was limited, requiring a walk to find swimmable beaches. Additionally, some noise from the nearby area disrupted the tranquility we sought.

Spacious room and laundry was a plus. disliked the constant noise outside unit.

Our family had a wonderful five-night stay! The staff went above and beyond, treating us like family. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and BBQ areas right by the beach. Be sure to check out nearby restaurants for amazing local cuisine. Just watch out for lukewarm showers!
